Cancellations

All individual cancellations and refund requests must be notified in writing to the registration secretariat by e-mail at regferma2026@lena.events and will be subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations received by 18 August 2026 are subject to an administrative fee of € 50,00 (excl. VAT).
• Cancellations received after 18 August 2026 and no-shows will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Visa

Some nationalities might need a VISA to enter the Netherlands.  You may apply to NetherlandsWorldwide portal or contact your local Dutch Embassy or Consulate .Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 3 months after your intended departure date from The Netherlands. Liability

In general, the congress organizers shall only be liable for the delegates and their companions in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct in the performance of their obligations under the congress event agreement. The congress organizers shall accept no responsibility or liability for events such as accident, theft or loss of property, etc. and the delegates and persons accompanying the same shall be responsible for their own insurance.
