BIO:
Eva M. López Fernández is a professional with a solid and recognised track record in Internal Audit and Risk Management, with more than 20 years of experience in large multinationals such as Telefónica and currently as Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management of the Amper Group. Besides, she is Vicepresident in AGERS, the Spanish association focused in Risk Management. She holds key international certifications (CIA, CRMA, COSO, CRMP-RIMS), and has successfully led projects in national and international environments, standing out for her focus on internal control, regulatory compliance and digital transformation of audit processes. At Telefónica, she played a key role in the creation and implementation of the Corporate Risk Management Framework, with impact in LATAM and EMEA. Besides her executive role, she is also Professor, Quality Assessment Reviewer, Ambassador, Mentor and Keynote Speaker in renowned organizations such as Universitat of Barcelona, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Internal Audit Foundation, GLC (Global Leading Conferences), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in UK and Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications, in Singapur. Eva combines strategic thinking, methodological rigour and leadership skills, which positions her as a reference in control, risk and audit in the Spanish corporate environment.
