More than 3000 delegates attend the Forum and our sponsors and exhibitors work hard to accomplish their goals: brand recognition and business development.<\/p><p>FERMA works diligently to protect our exhibitors and sponsors investment in the conference and intends that all have fair treatment. It is essential that their investments is not diluted by other companies taking unfair advantage of the Forum opportunities \u2013 what is known as outboarding (*).<\/p><p>Outboarding companies will be subject to sanctions that will affect their participation at future FERMA events, starting with the loss of their priority.\u00a0 All partners, exhibitors and sponsors should observe the following conditions:<\/p><ul><li>Monday and Tuesday morning are reserved exclusively for delegates to visit the exhibition and attend plenary sessions. No other activities for delegates should be scheduled during this time, including educational sessions.<\/li><li>Promotional activities are allowed only within the designated areas. This includes the distribution and\/or use of promotional items such as advertisement, banners, cars, bicycles\u2026<\/li><li>Commercial activities and\/or transaction of a commercial or business nature are not allowed in the conference area<\/li><\/ul><p>We encourage all partners, exhibitors and sponsors to host parties and special events to enhance the Forum before and after event hours<\/p><p>Contact us if you have question about a session you would like to organize.\u00a0 We will do our best to facilitate your ideas.
