A Stand in the Exhibition Hall

The layout of the exhibition area will allow for stands from a minimum of 6 sqm to a maximum of 100 sqm.  The area will be reserved for events as well as seating and catering stations to create a constant flow of attendees.  The coffee breaks, luncheons and cocktails will also be held in the Halls 3, 5 and 6.

Hospitality Suites

FERMA offers 26 rooms for use as hospitality suites for private meetings. The location of each room will be indicated in the final programme. Allocation of the hospitality suites will be assigned by FERMA depending upon availability.
