Cancellations
All cancellations and refund requests must be notified in writing to the registration secretariat by e-mail at regferma2024@lena.events and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations received by 23 August 2024 are subject to an administrative fee of € 50,00 (excl. VAT).
- Cancellations received after 23 August 2024 and no-shows will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Visa
All foreign citizens who wish to come to Madrid must be able to present official proof of the purpose of their stay, means of support and accommodation. Some nationalities need a visa to enter Spain. Before you leave for Spain, you need to apply for visas at a Spanish Embassy or Consulate office of Spain. For more specific requests, please contact Publi Créations at regferma2024@lena.events
Liability
In general, the congress organizers shall only be liable for the delegates and their companions in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct in the performance of their obligations under the congress event agreement. The congress organizers shall accept no responsibility or liability for events such as accident, theft or loss of property, etc. and the delegates and persons accompanying the same shall be responsible for their own insurance.
