A central component of his work is the strategic use of adidas’ captive insurer, which he has strengthened and expanded to enhance the company’s longterm financial resilience. She is currently Manager Risk & Insurance for Tata Steel in Mainland Europe. Annemarie served on the NARIM Board from 2010 to 2018, including seven years as President. In 2019, she was elected to the FERMA Board, where she currently serves as Vice President and Chair of the FERMA Forum 2026 programme committee.
