Registration fees

All registration fees exclude 21% VAT

Registration includes: full access to the entire FERMA Risk Management Forum, including the Welcome Reception, General Sessions, Exhibition hall, 2 lunches and coffee breaks, and Madrid FERMA night.

Group Registration Packages

Registration packages are available at preferential rates for partners and sponsors (prices exclude VAT)

These rates are subject to the following conditions:
– Deadline to purchase packages: 02^nd September 2024
– Packages are anonymous. Names of participants should be confirmed before 16^th September 2024, after this date name changes will be subject to an administrative fee of € 50,00 (excl. VAT).
– No reimbursement for unused registrations.
– 10% discount applicable for our partners (Diamond, Platinum, Gold sponsors)
Upon payment of your exhibition and sponsorship bookings you will get access to the online group registration platform.

You will receive the group registration form upon payment of your exhibition and sponsorship bookings.

Cancellations and refunds:

All cancellations and refund requests must be notified in writing to the registration secretariat by e-mail at RegFerma2024@lena.events and will be subject to the following conditions:
– Cancellations received by 23^th August 2024 are subject to an administrative fee of € 50,00 (excl. VAT).
– Cancellations received after 23^th August 2024 and no-shows will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Visa applications

All foreign citizens who wish to come to Madrid must be able to present official proof of the purpose of their stay, means of support and accommodation. Some nationalities need a visa to enter Spain. Before you leave for Madrid, you need to apply for visas at a Spanish Embassy or Consulate office of Spain. For more specific requests, please contact Publi Créations at RegFerma2024@lena.events

Confirmation of registration

The confirmation letter along with the corresponding settled invoice will not be sent until full payment has been received. The congress documentation and all necessary vouchers will be issued on-site, at the congress venue in Madrid.

2. Hotel Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please note that the number of rooms available is limited. Early reservation of rooms is therefore recommended. Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Reservations must be made through the congress office, Publi Créations, to guarantee the quoted rates negotiated for the congress. Rooms must be booked online.

Rooms can only be reserved for a minimum stay of the two main nights, i.e. Sunday, 20 October and Monday, 21 October 2024. An appropriate invoice, which serves as confirmation document, will be sent after receipt of the corresponding full payment. Additional nights pre and post Forum can be asked at the FERMA Organizing Secretariat regferma2024@lena.events:

– Check in before 15h00 is subject to hotel availability and needs to be notified to Publi Créations S.A.M. Early arrivals will be noted on the rooming list, however these can not be guaranteed without additional charges which will be notified by Publi Créations S.A.M. to the Client. To guarantee a room for arrival before 15h00, the night prior has to be reserved and will be charged at the hereby-agreed contracted rate per applicable room type.
– Check out after 12h00 is subject to hotel availability and needs to be notified to Publi Créations S.A.M.. In case of supplement this will be notified by Publi Créations S.A.M. to the Client.
– From 05 March 2024 to 23 August 2024, one room can be cancelled without charge. For any additional room cancelled, Publi Créations S.A.M. will charge 100% of the cancelled value as penalty.
– From 23 August all rooms cancelled will be invoiced 100%

All prices are VAT excluded. VAT 10% will be added at the end prior to payment.

Cancellation conditions for hotel rooms

Any change or cancellation of an individual hotel reservation must be sent in writing to Publi Créations. Please note that the below mentioned cancellation conditions apply to individual and group reservations.

3. Liability

In general, the congress organisers shall only be liable for the delegates and their companions in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct in the performance of their obligations under the congress event agreement. The congress organisers shall accept no responsibility or liability for events such as accident, theft or loss of property, etc. and the delegates and persons accompanying the same shall be responsible for their own insurance.

4. Terms of payment

Please consider that VAT must be included in the payment (21% for registration and services and 10% for hotels). In case of modifications in VAT established by the Spanish Government, Publi Créations reserves the right to inform and readjust accordingly.

Credit card

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express.
Please enter the credit card details in the appropriate section on the registration form or register online at https://ferma-forum.eu. Please be aware that payments by credit card are in security certificate mode.

Invoice

Invoices in electronic format will be sent to each participant upon receipt of the relevant payment. Printed invoices will only be sent if specifically requested.

5. Photography/Recorded material

FERMA – Federation of European Risk Management Associations, its contractors and any attending media representatives may photograph and record video during the congress. Attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow any photography or recorded material to be used by FERMA in publications, on the FERMA website, and in marketing and promotional materials. Photographs are made available to FERMA FORUM attendees via various channels and may also be shared with the media. FERMA FORUM 2024 attendees waive all claims against FERMA for any liability resulting from these uses. Only officially contracted FERMA FORUM 2024 vendors and working journalists with FERMA approved press credentials will be permitted to photograph, record video and/or audio during sessions and/or the exhibit hall. Individuals who make a recording using personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (i.e. cell phones, digital or film cameras or tape recorders) without prior permission from FERMA or without proper credentials will be asked to stop recording or using these devices immediately.

6. Privacy Policy Publi Creations

PUBLI CREATIONS SAM – as data controller and/or processor, informs you that any personal data you provide, or any data received by third parties, will be used in connection to your participation to the Congress, to provide you with information regarding any other compatible activities organized by PUBLI CREATIONS SAM or by its partners, to answer to your contact request and to send you the required information, to send you our newsletters, to carry out promotional and marketing activities in connection to our services.. Data treatment shall mean any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the help of electronic or automated means, and must guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal data. PUBLI CREATIONS SAM as data controller and/or processor may avail itself of its associates to carry out any of the following procedures: press releases, communications to clients, data processing and computer-based consultation. The data will be communicated to FERMA – Federation of European Risk Management Associations, relative public or private agencies related to RIMAP and IDD certifications, financial and banking intermediaries, as well as companies participating in the Congress with promotional functions compatible with the purposes for which the data has been collected.

According to Law n° 1.353 dated 4 December 2008 (ex. 1.165 dated 23 December 1993) you shall have a right of access and correction of your personal data.
