These rates are subject to the following conditions:

• Deadline to purchase packages: 04 September 2026
• Packages are anonymous. Names of participants should be confirmed before 14 September 2026. After this date, name changes will be subject to an administrative fee of 50€  (VAT excluded) ;
• No reimbursement for unused registrations ;
• 10% discount applicable for our partners (Diamond, Platinum, Gold).

 

Please keep your badge safe. A 50 € replacement fee will apply in case it is lost (VAT included)
